Delay, Delay But It Won’t Go Away!
CMS has announced a 60-day delay in the effective date of the Medicare DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Interim Final Rule to April 18.The agency received nearly 550 comments in favor of delay -- "virtually all" comments supported delay.
